How do we stop being afraid of panic attacks?

Panic attack, is not just fear, anxiety is an acute attack of vital fear (fear for your life), accompanied by various bodily sensations.
People with panic attacks often have the feeling that they are about to die – from a heart attack, stroke, pulmonary edema, etc. At the very least, I will faint or lose control for a while. In fact, this condition is completely harmless!
Why does this happen?
Panic attacks are unpleasant because the sensations are strongly pronounced, the sensations are very similar to the symptoms of real formidable diseases and there is the strongest fear.
Before the first panic attack, a person usually experiences acute or chronic stress. Not getting enough sleep, tired, anxious, etc. In response to stress, our body becomes sensitive and prone to temporary and safe body malfunctions. And one of the disruptions leads to a panic attack.
We begin to perceive the disruption as something dangerous. We fixate and wait for it to continue. And instead of relaxing, we become more anxious, which intensifies the disruption – for example, the palpitations of the heart.
Then we become even more anxious. Which means what? That’s right, the heart beats even faster. A couple of these cycles and the fear turns into panic, and the person starts calling an ambulance because they’re expecting, for example, a heart attack.
Why do panic attacks manifest themselves in different ways?
Because everyone’s body is different. Many people’s bodies start breathing more often, causing a whole set of feelings. And for some, a panic attack causes a slight spasm in the blood vessels in the head, resulting in dizziness, unsteadiness, tingling in the face, hands. Someone feels the unreality of what is happening. All these symptoms are completely safe and appear only at the command of the brain, which perceives a quite harmless situation as a real danger.
To cope with PA you can use breathing or body relaxation techniques.
